Electric Underground Loader (ADCY-2)

ADCY-2 Electric UG Loader is mainly used in undergournd mine, particularly for transporting excavated rock. This machine employs an electric motor to comply with enviromental requirements that require zero exhaust emissions. It is particularly suitable for poor walking conditions, narrow operating site, low ceiling, and muddy operating surface. Its transmission system uses hydraulic torque converter and power-shift gearboxes provided by DANA. Braking system uses Spring Applied Hydraulic Release technology, and comes equipped with muti-disk wet-type brake and NO-SPIN limited-slip differencial, making the machine safe and reliable when operation in poor environments with high moisture content or on muddy roadways. Operating system and steering system adopt interflow technology greatly improved the efficiency of production. The major components of hydraulic system mainly employ Rexron, Parker and other world-renowed company's products.
